In this option, you'll embark on your coaching journey with Peak Power Programming through an initial consultation. During this comprehensive session, you and your coach will delve into the full spectrum of services we offer. Together, you'll meticulously craft the first week of your program, aligning it precisely with your goals and existing training regimen to meet your unique needs.

Subsequently, your program will evolve week by week, shaped by your performance and valuable feedback from the prior week. This responsive approach ensures that we consider all factors impacting your training. Additionally, you'll have direct access to one of our coaches via WhatsApp, enabling you to share videos of your main sets for personalized feedback and support.

Junior Powerlifting Coaching
Our junior offering is designed to empower young athletes with tailored coaching and support, all while being budget-friendly. With our junior coaching, aspiring athletes under the age of 23 can access specialized coaching at a discounted rate.
